"The Art of Real Estate" is the theme of my real estate business because, while I believe that real estate is about things like home prices, mortgage rates, and room sizes, it is a least as much about understanding clients, and helping them to establish goals.

Real estate is an art, as well a science. Understanding the numbers is important, but not as important as understanding clients and their needs. In other words, to find the perfect Pittsburgh condominium, or investment property, or Victorian mansion, you must first find the perfect Pittsburgh real estate agent. If you're looking to buy just the right apartment in Pittsburgh, or sell it, you first need to find the agent who can best help you in your quest.

Each month, my advertising, and my website, will feature a different artist. Many of these artists will be from Pittsburgh, but some won't. Some, but not all, will be featured because they direct their unique talents toward enhancing the way we live, or the way we experience our own homes, or the homes of others, or public architecture.

But then, real estate is all about choices. Aside from art, my website will be devoted to demonstrating why you should choose me as your real estate agent, whether your plans include buying a home, selling a home, investing in rental property, or just considering the exciting possibilities.
